When we dreamed up Brighter Days, our goal was simple: create a warm, supportive space where nobody has to face hard days alone.
We believe in the power of community. In healing through connection, shared experiences, and the reminder: “I am not alone. There is nothing wrong with me.”
We also wanted to make therapy more accessible, whether as a gentle first step before individual sessions, or a more affordable, relational option in challenging times.
Sometimes healing begins with being heard, understood, and surrounded by people who get it.
Brighter Days is about community, connection, tailored support and taking small steady steps towards a more connected and fulfilled life.
About Maren
Maren is an integrative psychologist, nervous system practitioner, and yoga teacher specializing in stress recovery and inner safety.
She supports individuals in reconnecting with themselves through a trauma-safe, mind-body approach that blends psychology, neuroscience, and embodiment. Combining CBT and schema therapy with a nervous-system-informed, somatic lens, Maren helps clients transform old patterns and support emotional regulation, inner safety, and connection.
Her work is grounded, relational, and guided by both science and embodied wisdom, helping clients attune to their inner world with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
About Megan
Megan is a clinical psychologist with an integrative approach grounded in CBT and enriched by other therapeutic methods that support healing, growth, and self-compassion.
With roots in the Philippines and the Netherlands, she brings a culturally aware and inclusive perspective to her work. Megan helps clients navigate stress, anxiety, self-doubt and overwhelm.
She creates a warm, grounded space to explore patterns, understand where they come from, and discover new ways of responding, helping you move forward with calm, confidence, and resilience.
To offer people a space to build relationships, resources and resilience that lead to brighter days, within and without.
