Struggling in silence?
You don’t have
to anymore
Even small tasks like getting out of bed or talking to others can feel overwhelming when you’re struggling. Brighter Days is an online group therapy program for depression, low mood, inner criticism, and hopelessness.
Starting Tuesday, October 14, we meet weekly on Tuesdays from 18:00 to 19:30 (CET) for 6 months in a small group of up to 10 participants via Google Meet. Sessions cost €48–€55 depending on your payment plan and include audio recordings, worksheets, and journal prompts. No prior therapy experience is needed.
